The most important guidelines are as follows [ZPIBH]:
- All of the students are requested to use Team Foundation Server (TFS) at least to plan the project (e.g. Product Backlog, iterations, tasks).
- Required deliverables are as follows: source code, vision document, user stories (optionally GUI prototypes), high level architecture (e.g. deployment, component, package diagrams), user manual, admin manual, final presentation, optionally other UML models.
Usually, an average ZPI project has 20+/-5 Product Backlog Items, a bunch of tasks shorter than 8h each, 20-25 h of work is required per week.
